Nutella Martini-a non-traditional Easter!

Well I don't know about you but for us Easter stopped being about the bunnies and Easter eggs a while back and started being more about 4 days off and an excuse to eat lots of chocolate (whatever shape it comes in!)


So with that in mind I got creative and tried out a Nutella Martini recipe I'd had my sneaky chocolate-lovers eye on for a while.  Its super easy.


To serve 2:


400ml milk, 2 heaped teaspoons of nutella and one of cocoa.  Warm until smooth then chill.


Shake over a couple of cubes of ice with 2 shots of vodka and 2 of frangelico.


We rimmed our glasses with nutella and finely chopped hazelnuts which was pretty yummy but no-one will hold you to it.  Its so delicious you'll be doing well if it makes it into the glass!
